1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics partner operations

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or special delivery locations.

4. Delivery Partners

Craftshut works with trusted third-party logistics and courier partners to ensure safe product delivery.

Delivery availability may vary depending on pin code service ability.


5. Tracking Information

Once the order is shipped:

  • Customers will receive shipment tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

6. Delivery Guidelines

At the time of delivery:

  • Please inspect the package carefully before accepting it.
  • If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, kindly capture photos/videos immediately.
  • Report any transit damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damages within the specified time may affect claim eligibility.


7. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.

Customers are requested to provide accurate contact and address details during checkout.


9. Installation & Assembly

Most furniture products are delivered in DIY (Do-It-Yourself) condition with basic assembly instructions.

Assembly services may be available for selected products and locations only.


10. International Shipping

Currently, Craftshut primarily ships within India.
