Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken during delivery.
  • Wrong product or incorrect variant was delivered.
  • Product has missing parts or accessories.
  • Manufacturing defect found after delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Original invoice and order details must be provided.
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue are required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage caused due to improper use or mishandling.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or wood grain due to lighting and natural material finish.
  • Products assembled or modified by the customer improperly.
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture items.
  • Return request raised after the return window.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Refunds will be initiated through the original payment method:

  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets

Refund timelines:

  • Online Payments: 5–7 business days
  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7–10 business days

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer:

  • Replacement of damaged parts
  • Full product replacement
  • Partial refund (if applicable)

The resolution depends on the nature of the issue verified by our support team.


6. Damaged Delivery

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please capture photos/videos before opening the package.
  • Mention the issue to the delivery partner immediately.
  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Return Pickup

  • Return pickup will be arranged by Craftshut wherever service is available.
  • In some locations, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
  • Shipping charges for approved damaged/defective returns will be reimbursed.

Furniture products may have slight variations in polish, texture, fabric shade, or wood grain due to screen settings and handcrafted finishing processes. These natural variations are not considered defects.
