Shipping & Delivery Policy – Crafts Hut

1. Shipping for International Buyers

  • All international orders are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.

  • The selection of courier service is based on service availability and operational feasibility.

2. Shipping for Domestic Buyers

  • All domestic orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

  • Shipping method is chosen based on service coverage and delivery efficiency.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from:

    • The date of order confirmation, and

    • Successful receipt of payment.

  • If a specific delivery date is agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, the shipment will be dispatched accordingly.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery of the shipment is subject to the norms, timelines, and operational policies of the respective:

    • Courier company, or

    • Postal authorities.

  • Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location, service availability, and external factors.

5. Delay in Delivery

  • Crafts Hut is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by:

    • Courier companies,

    • Postal authorities, or

    • Unforeseen logistical disruptions.

  • Crafts Hut’s responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3–5 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation, or as per the agreed delivery date.

6. Delivery Address

  • All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

  • Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

7. Service Delivery Confirmation

  • Confirmation of service delivery will be sent to the registered email ID provided during account registration or order placement.
